Role Description
The Insurance, Mortgage, or Wealth Adviser role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cannock. The Adviser will meet with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored recommendations on insurance, mortgage, and wealth products. Daily tasks include:

The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, reviewing existing arrangements, and identifying opportunities to improve protection, lending, or investment outcomes. The Adviser will collaborate with colleagues, stay up to date with product changes and market developments, and ensure all advice is compliant with Financial Conduct Authority guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong client advisory skills, including the ability to conduct comprehensive financial reviews and explain complex products clearly.
- Knowledge of insurance, mortgage, and basic wealth management products, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proficient communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to support long-term client engagement.
- Solid analytical and numerical abilities for assessing affordability, risk, and suitability of financial solutions.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical, customer-focused advice.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CeMAP or equivalent for mortgage advice, insurance or wealth planning certifications) or a willingness to work toward them.
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, mortgage advice, insurance, or wealth planning is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site team environment in Cannock, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and development.
