About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Senior Associate on a six-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) to reinforce the Lloyd’s insurance market oversight framework by supporting governance excellence. If you thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy driving meaningful improvements to how systems function, this role will provide a dynamic platform to make your mark.
Responsibilities
In this central role within Lloyd’s market governance, you’ll:

Lead operational delivery across key governance forums, including:
- Executive-level Business Opportunities Committee (BOC)
- Capital Planning Group (CPG)
- Market Oversight Group (MOG)

Coordinate complex cross-functional processes end-to-end, covering:
- Planning and scheduling
- Outputs and follow-up
- Effective stakeholder alignment

Develop and streamline processes, tools, and ways of working through:
- Simplification
- Smart goal-oriented practices
- Achieving operational consistency

Collaborate with core teams across:
- Market Oversight
- Market Performance
- Commercial
- Finance
- Risk
- Data
- Technology

Drive continuous improvement by:
- Identifying efficiency opportunities
- Enhancing transparency
- Ensuring robust strategic decision-making

Serve as a trusted liaison, managing relationships with stakeholders across all business functions.

What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this demanding and collaborative role, you’ll demonstrate a blend of project management acumen, insurance market knowledge, and an analytical mindset:
- Strong skills in organisation, prioritisation and activity coordination with experience managing multiple projects.
- Proven experience of working across matrixed environments, while fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant insurance industry experience (LLoyd’s市场特定知识优势但非必须).
- Confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- A mindset driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- The ability to:
