What Is the Opportunity?

Welcome to a product role where you actually steer the ship. As our Insurance Product Manager based in London or Northampton (with hybrid flexibility), you will take full ownership of our high-impact Lifestyle product super-segment. You won't just be executing pre-determined plans; you will have the autonomy to bring your own creative, data-led ideas to the table, validate them, and deliver them through our optimisation roadmap.

This is a fantastic space to showcase your skills, dive deep into performance, and make a real, visible impact from day one.

What makes this role different from standard product manager positions?

You get the best of both worlds: deep, hands-on segment ownership coupled with high-profile, macro-level strategic influence. You will work closely with our SME Senior Product Manager to feed your insights directly into our broader, macro-level Insurance Product SME strategy.

If you're looking for high-visibility, true autonomy, and the chance to build valuable relationships with internal digital teams and external insurance partners alike, this is your space to shine.

As one of our Insurance Product Manager’s, you’ll:

  • Own the optimisation roadmap for your segment, validating, developing, and delivering data-led initiatives that hit key customer, commercial, and strategic OKRs.
  • Interrogate trading data to understand funnel performance and provide clear insights explaining the 'what' and 'why' behind our segment metrics.
  • Work with our Insurer Relations and Partnerships teams to deep-dive into partner performance and help broaden our insurer footprint.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product and UX/CX teams to support customer discovery, map user journeys, and make sure we are translating big strategic outcomes into clear, customer-friendly delivery plans.
  • Navigate competing priorities to make smart trade-offs, ensuring we protect both the customer experience and our commercial delivery plans.
  • Identify delivery risks across our optimisations early, taking collaborative action to protect our outcomes and keep things running smoothly.
  • Champion product governance, supporting Fair Value Assessments and managing our product pipeline to secure the best customer outcomes.
  • Support the SME Senior Product Manager to ensure your segment’s multi-year roadmap feeds directly into our broader, macro-level Insurance Product SME strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
