As an Insurance Quality Lead, you will drive compliant growth within a high-performance brokerage team. What You Will Do
- Conduct risk-based reviews and post-call audits to ensure all broker journeys meet defined standards and align with regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Design and deliver structured learning sessions on objection handling and customer outcomes, chairing monthly quality huddles to drive continuous improvement in sales operations.
- Partner with sales leadership and technical teams to maintain conversation diagnostics and ensure brokers follow procedures for understanding complex SME insurance risks.
The ideal candidate
- Proven expertise in Commercial SME Insurance and broker distribution, with a strong background in sales coaching, QA, or compliance within a telesales environment.
- Deep understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA expectations, and regulatory controls, with the ability to translate MI and QA data into actionable process improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of acting as a trusted advisor to sales leaders to elevate overall brokerage standards.
