The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Damage Associate to join a highly regarded Commercial Insurance team. Working with an impressive portfolio of clients, you will manage your own caseload of complex property related claims, including third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries. Alongside your own files, you will support junior colleagues, provide technical guidance, and ensure matters are progressed in line with the firm's high client service standards.
The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Property Damage, Property Litigation or Subrogated Recoveries. You should have a strong background handling insurance-related property claims, including third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while meeting demanding deadlines. Previous mentoring or supervisory experience would be advantageous.
