JOB REF:

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Damage Associate to join a highly regarded Commercial Insurance team. Working with an impressive portfolio of clients, you will manage your own caseload of complex property related claims, including third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries. Alongside your own files, you will support junior colleagues, provide technical guidance, and ensure matters are progressed in line with the firm's high client service standards.

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Property Damage, Property Litigation or Subrogated Recoveries. You should have a strong background handling insurance-related property claims, including third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage, and subrogated recoveries. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a varied caseload while meeting demanding deadlines. Previous mentoring or supervisory experience would be advantageous.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
