Full-Time Operative – Retail Intake Department
Working as part of our existing team, we’re looking for determined and committed individuals to assist with the efficient running of our Retail Intake Departments. This role requires a proactive approach, with the ability to positively impact performance and contribute to the company’s future growth.
Responsibilities
The Role includes the following key duties:
- Scanning product into and back from production
- Adhering to correct stock rotation procedures
- Checking yields at the end of production and investigating any issues
- Scanning pallets
- Stacking products correctly in the chills
- Conducting stocktaking
- Selecting correct orders
- Loading containers
- Ensuring orders are correct
- Performing clerical duties associated with product despatch

Qualifications
Essential
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate a good level of written and verbal English
- Ability to work on your own initiative while thriving in a team environment, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Flexible approach to work, with willingness to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand
