Summary
We are looking for a confident, sales-driven, and highly persuasive Sales Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a critical role in converting qualified leads into signed clients.
This is not just a customer service or administrative intake role. We are seeking someone with a strong sales mindset who knows how to build trust quickly, ask the right probing questions, overcome objections, and guide potential clients through the onboarding and sign-up process with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Conduct high-quality intake calls with potential clients, gathering case details and assessing eligibility.
- Build trust and rapport quickly with leads while delivering a professional and empathetic experience.
- Take ownership of the conversation and confidently guide potential clients toward signing with the firm.
- Use consultative selling techniques to explain the firm’s value, address concerns, and move leads through the decision-making process.
- Handle objections effectively and follow up persistently with warm and undecided leads.
- Close contracts and support clients through the onboarding process from first contact to signed agreement.
- Accurately document all conversations, updates, and lead activity in the CRM and case management systems.
- Review and manage new leads, pending contracts, and follow-up opportunities daily.
- Coordinate with the legal and intake teams to ensure a smooth handoff once the client signs.
- Organize contracts, supporting documentation, termination letters, photos, and other intake-related files.

Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in intake, consultative sales, client acquisition, appointment setting, closing, or a similar high-conversion role.
- Strong ability to close deals, handle objections, negotiate, and convert leads into clients.
- Confident and persuasive communication style with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Experience with client onboarding, lead follow-up, and relationship-building.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads without losing quality.
- Personal injury experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Filevine, CRM systems, or legal intake processes is a plus.

Other Requirements
- Your PC or laptop (a wired connection to your modem is recommended).
- You must provide your own equipment and a stable internet connection.
- This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that may require a flexible schedule.
- A noise-canceling headset and a quiet place to work.
- This is a remote position, and you will be responsible for your local taxes.
