INTAPP Consultant
INTAPP Consultant – London/Manchester, UK, Full Time, Hybrid, Summary: Hands-on Intapp Consultant Analyst with 6–10 years of direct experience on Intapp products. Responsible for configuring, supporting, and testing Intapp modules, translating legal/business requirements into system changes, and working with Legal Operations, IT, and vendors to deliver stable, well-documented solutions. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Intapp modules (e.g., Intake, Conflicts, Time, Walls, CRM) and related workflows. Support day-to-day L2 activities: incident triage, root-cause analysis, and request fulfilment. Translate user requests into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Assist with integrations between Intapp and adjacent systems (DMS, finance, HR) and support data imports/migrations. Monitoring the IIS/Integrate dashboards for incorrect data or failed execution processes. Troubleshoot connectors (Office365 connector, iManage connectors) they are authorized and authenticated Adjust workflow threshold or adjust user access permissions within INTAPP walls Prepare and execute test plans (unit, integration, UAT) and validate fixes in non-prod and production environments. Create and maintain runbooks, KB articles, configuration documentation, and release notes. Deliver end-user support, training sessions, and go-live support for minor releases. Escalate complex issues to senior consultants or vendors and participate in vendor coordination as required. Required Experience & Qualifications 6–10 years hands-on experience working with Intapp products (configuration, testing, support). Practical exposure to at least 5 years of Intapp module such as Intake, Conflicts, Time, or Walls. Experience working with legal teams or within legal operations/support environments. Understanding the "New Business Intake" lifecycle, Conflicts of Interest rules, Information Barriers. Technical & Professional Skills Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills for Intapp systems. Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and basic SQL or data-manipulation skills for reporting/data fixes. Solid testing skills and experience preparing UAT test cases and coordinating user testing. Good documentation skills: runbooks, SOPs, BRDs, and change logs. Clear verbal and written communication; able to work with legal and technical stakeholders. Team player with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Nice-to-Haves Exposure to integrations with iManage, 3E, or other legal DMS/finance applications. Basic scripting or data transformation experience (Python, SQL, ETL Salary: 75 - 80 GBP Per annum
