We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Integrated Campaigns Manager.
This role presents the opportunity to work in a team that has end-to-end accountability for integrated campaigns. You’ll orchestrate seamless campaign integration, leading the overall campaign plan and budget management, and collaborating closely with channel owners across a variety of channels (including but not limited to, Paid Media, Brand, Social Media & Content, Retail, Internal & External Communications, Website, and Owned Communications) to execute campaign activities.

In this role you’ll:
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch, delivering against objectives.
- Own campaign plans, timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery – operating with agility, proactivity and the ability to problem solve.
- Partner with strategy and planning teams to support turning business needs into clear, insight-led briefs for creative and media.
- Build stakeholder alignment and momentum with clear communication.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience leading large projects and integrated campaigns, delivering to brief and targets.
- Strong stakeholder management: clear decision-making, excellent communication, and relationship-building with channel owners and key partners.
- Highly organised, able to run multiple concurrent workstreams and resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially savvy, confident managing large budgets and producing clear reporting for teams and senior leaders.
- Forward-thinking and adaptable, passionate about advertising trends, proactive problem-solver and team player.
This is a hybrid working role with the base location as Birmingham, Leeds, Sheffield or Chester.
