Dr. Martens is more than a brand - it’s a global icon with over 60 years of attitude, heritage, and cultural impact.
We’re a thriving, values-driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.
At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.
WHERE YOU SIT
As our Integrated Channel Manager - Affiliates & Partnerships, you’ll be part of the Customer team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager - Integrated Channel Acquisition. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
As Integrated Channel Manager – Affiliates & Partnerships, you are responsible for designing and delivering a partnership-led acquisition strategy that balances brand integrity with commercial performance. You define where partnerships play a role in the acquisition funnel, how they support growth priorities, and how they work alongside Paid, Organic and other Integrated Channels.
On a day-to-day basis, you shape the global approach to affiliates and partnerships, deciding which partner types, platforms and models best support Dr. Martens’ growth ambitions. You manage performance, governance and optimisation across a diverse partner landscape, ensuring partnerships deliver incremental value rather than duplicating or eroding other channels. You ensure campaigns are planned, activated and optimised in alignment with audience strategy, commercial priorities and trading plans.
You bring structure, clarity and discipline to a channel that often spans marketing, commercial and brand considerations, using clear frameworks, performance insight and strong stakeholder alignment to scale what works and challenge what does not.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
