Role Overview
We’re seeking an Integrated Designer (6-month contract) based in London, UK, to join our EMEA Creative Studio. This role secures campaign creative for a leading B2B pharmaceutical trade events organisation, shaping awareness, registrations, and engagement across global markets.
You’ll collaborate with teams worldwide, producing on-brand assets for paid digital, social, print, and event channels. Working closely with motion designers, senior creatives, and the Creative Lead, your role is critical to delivering consistent, high-impact creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Delivery
- Design multi-format campaign assets for events, ensuring polish, on-brand consistency, and audience relevance.
- Translate approved creative briefs into deliverables across varying specifications—adapting sizes, formats, and localized requirements accurately.
- Adapt global campaign frameworks for EMEA regions while maintaining visual and strategic coherence.
- Ensure adherence to branded guidelines and design systems in every deliverable.
- Collaborate with motion design teams to align visual language across static and animated assets.

Project & Workflow Management
- Own your workload end-to-end, proactively identifying risks to timelines or capacity.
- Contribute to internal creative reviews, presenting structured solutions with clear rationale.
- Integrate stakeholders’ feedback efficiently, delivering refinements to accepted standards.
AI-Driven Innovation
- Apply gen AI tools (e.g., image generation, creative exploration) to accelerate workflows, then critique outputs for brand accuracy and quality.
- Build and optimize AI-assisted workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
Who You Are
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in integrated design (digital, print, and event channels), with a portfolio showcasing campaign-level work.
- Expertise in design principles—layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy—applied across multi-market, multi-format deliverables.
- Precision in adapting assets to varying specifications (scale, resolution, target audience).
- Experience navigating established brand guidelines or systems.
- Ability to manage briefs independently, from concept to final delivery, with transparent communication.
- Collaborative mindset with confidence in discussing design decisions within cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (preferably Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Bonus: B2B events/media experience or pharmaceutical industry familiarity.

AI & Technical Skills
- Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, DALLE) for prototyping and prototying.
- Critical evaluation skills to assess AI outputs for brand fidelity, creative cohesion, and client-facing impact.
- Experience developing AI-assisted workflows to streamline production.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Agentic approach: ability to break down complex briefs, set priorities, and deliver under deadlines with minimal guidance.
- Open to learning—embracing innovation while maintaining industry standards.
Qualifications aren’t mandatory; equivalent experience (work, study, or self-directed) applies.
