About the Role

The Integrated Designer will join OLIVER Marketing UK’s in-house studio, embedded within England’s leading B2B events organisation—curating and producing campaign creative for global pharmaceutical trade events and professional conferences.

As a core creative, your work will drive campaign awareness, registrations, and engagement across digital, social, print, and event channels. Reporting to the motion designer and Creative Lead, you’ll work across EMEA territories, translating complex briefs into polished, high-impact creative that maintains brand consistency across diverse formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Asset Design: Produce paid digital, social, print, and event assets that align with campaign goals, ensuring clarity and consistency across global markets.
  • Multi-Format Adaptation: Convert approved creative directions into scalable deliverables—adapting layouts, typography, and imagery for varying specifications, sizes, and regional requirements.
  • Brand Synchronisation: Adapt global campaign frameworks for EMEA events, embedding brand guidelines while maintaining strategic coherence.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure one hundred percent campaign-readiness before assets leave the studio, conducting rigorous checks for brand accuracy, technical specifications, and campaign alignment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with motion designers and senior creatives to align still and animated assets.
    • Present design decisions at internal reviews, providing clear justification and reasoning.
    • Incorporate senior creative/ stakeholder feedback and refine deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Project Management: Oversee own workload end-to-end, proactively flagging capacity or timeline risks before they impact delivery.
  • AI Integration:
    • Use generative AI tools (e.g., image generation, concept exploration) to accelerate workflows.
    • Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, refining results for brand fidelity, quality, and client-facing impact.
  • Independent Execution: Work self-sufficiently, translating briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring communication remains clear and proactive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
