We're Hiring: Integrated Midweight Designer (UK & Ireland) Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office) Contract: Full Time

Are you a creative thinker who loves bringing campaigns to life across digital and print? Do you thrive on crafting bold ideas, creating engaging content, and designing experiences that make people stop scrolling and crave more?

We're looking for an Integrated Midweight Designer to join our Brand Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with 4+ years' experience who can confidently move between campaign concepts, social content, animation, packaging, digital experiences, and in-store creative. You'll work across every touchpoint of the customer journey, helping to create memorable campaigns that deliver both brand impact and commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing • Developing campaign concepts and key visuals • Designing across digital, print, packaging, POS and OOH • Creating engaging content for social, web, email and app • Bringing ideas to life through motion design and animation • Supporting and contributing to photo and video shoots • Collaborating with marketers, copywriters, agencies and creatives to deliver outstanding integrated campaigns

What We're Looking For • 4+ years' experience in a design role • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere) • A digital-first mindset with a passion for motion and social content • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills • A collaborative team player who loves creative problem-solving
