We are looking for a Freelance Integrated Producer.
About the Role
As an Integrated Producer, you’ll sit at the heart of your team, balancing resourcing, scheduling, and scope health to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of creative quality. This role is perfect for a production leader who thrives on problem-solving, loves working cross-functionally, and can confidently manage complex workflows.
Purpose of the Role
The Integrated Producer oversees day-to-day project delivery across multiple accounts, ensuring projects run smoothly from scoping to final execution. They manage resourcing and schedules, monitor scope health, and partner with Producers to safeguard creative quality and financial accuracy. Acting as a bridge between leadership and execution, they help enforce standards, mitigate risks, and support the growth of the Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end project management and production for assigned projects, from kickoff through final delivery
- Map out phases, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs to ensure teams are aligned from start to finish
- Acting as a bridge between departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, and Influencer Marketing)
- Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and meets creative standards.
- Manage resourcing and scheduling across assigned accounts; escalate gaps or conflicts proactively.
- Monitor scope health, tracking forecasted hours vs. actuals, and flagging risks of overburn.
- Partner with Producers to troubleshoot day-to-day execution challenges.
- Model best practices in budgeting, scoping, and resource planning.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management
- Confidently represent the Delivery function in client conversations where scope, timing, or delivery needs clarity.
- Balance client expectations with agency profitability and resourcing realities.
- Partner closely with Account, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
Process, Tools & Standards
- Driving and enforcing unified workflows, processes, and standards across projects.
- Managing accurate use of project management and resourcing tools (Asana, Harvest, Forecast, etc.).
- Support adoption of best practices in scoping, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Provide detailed operational support as needed, including documentation of timelines, action items, and team assignments.
Vendor & Freelance Strategy
- Build and maintain a strong roster of freelance talent and production vendors.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and preferred terms that support profitability.
- Standardize vendor onboarding and compliance processes.

Risk & Vendor Management
- Identify delivery risks (scope creep, resource bottlenecks, vendor issues) early and propose solutions.
- Manage relationships with freelance talent and vendors, negotiating terms within established frameworks.
- Track vendor budgets and ensure compliance with agency processes.
- Oversee vendor/contractor agreements, invoices, and payments in partnership with Finance/Operations.
Profile / What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of production experience in a creative agency setting.
- Strong track record of managing complex, multi-channel creative campaigns on time and on budget.
- Strong understanding of all cross-functional departments including creative, strategy, influencer marketing
- Skilled in resourcing, scheduling, and scope management across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experienced with project management tools such as Harvest, Forecast, or similar.
- Confident communicator — able to represent delivery needs with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
- Curious about new tools, platforms, and approaches shaping the future of social-first production.
