Integration Architect
Job Title: Integration Architect
Location: Hybrid - Poole (2 days/month) / Remote
Salary: £60,000
Type: Fixed Term Contract (24 months; likely to extend)

- Act as the link between enterprise architects, integration developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions are fit for purpose. Initially focused on Workday, then ERP delivery
- Support efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the charity's most critical systems

Must-Have Experience
- Expertise with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar)
- Ability to design and document integration solutions using modern APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), including lifecycle, versioning, monitoring, and security
- Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem: Service Bus, API Management, Event Hub
- Strong understanding of event-driven and messaging architecture
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience with Workday (HCM), Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft ERP platforms
