Junior Integration Architect (MuleSoft) - Permanent
Hybrid – London (3 days per week)
£75,000 + benefits including up to 20% bonus + 25 days holiday + bank holidays
We are looking for an Integration Architect to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital and technology transformation to play a key role in shaping and delivering integration solutions across a modern technology landscape.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is on the upward trajectory in their career, moving from a strong solution design background and looking to take greater ownership of an enterprise integration platform.
As the Integration Architect, you will own the integration platform, acting as a key enabler for delivery teams by defining and implementing scalable integration solutions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role (no strategy ownership required) where you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, ensuring integration patterns and best practices are applied consistently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
