Job Description

The primary role will be the development of Reports, Customization, page personalization, Integration required during implementation of Oracle ERP cloud applications for various customers.

Daily Tasks Include

  • Develop BI Publisher, OTBI reports as per business requirement.
  • Involve in requirement gathering, Bids / estimates for implementation projects
  • Document and manage technical specifications
  • Manage on-time changes delivery and business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation and post implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques (AIMS/OUM)
  • Execute POCs as per business requirement before taking it to development team.
  • Complete development tasks based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices.
  • Design and develop integrations in OIC to Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads and expertise in XSLT mapping.
  • Experience on common error handling frameworks in OIC
  • Expertise in managing high Volume, real-time transactions integration between Oracle Fusion and downstream applications.
  • Expertise in using Oracle Fusion REST / SOAP APIs and working with FBDI and HDL
  • Work on Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud including extracts for Oracle EPR/HCM Cloud data using BI-Publisher reports, analysis, OTBI Reports and BICC.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Experience required is 8 plus.
  • Technical requirements: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher,
  • Expertise in OIC Gen2/Gen3.
  • Expertise in Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud / Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Demonstrable Technical Lead experience, including estimating and planning
  • Responsible for creating technical designs, build and unit testing Reports.
  • Proven track record of leading Reporting track for implementation project.
  • Minimum of 3 ERP/HCM Implementations for Oracle Cloud
  • Customization standard BIP reports, output documents as per customer needs.
  • Expertise in BIP Bursting to UCM/ Emails/ FTP locations
  • Hands-On development of packages and functions using PLSQL.
  • Hands-On Experience on BI Publisher with various templates like RTF, Excels and Bursting.
  • Hands-On Experience on customization of standard out of the box reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Experience working with ATP / Autonomous Databases / DBaaS.
  • Good understanding of Oracle BI tools and technologies
  • Good Knowledge on building custom ESS jobs
  • Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations
  • Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Experience estimating project deliverables, effort, risk and cost.
  • Expertise around development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC.
  • Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations
  • Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
