Overview Of Role
We are looking for an Integration Developer to join our growing integration team. You will help design, build, and support integration solutions that connect business systems and applications for our clients. Working alongside consultants, architects, and developers, you will deliver reliable, scalable integrations using modern iPaaS platforms, APIs, and coding best practices.

Top technical skills required for role:
- Build, configure, test, and support integration solutions across cloud and on-premise systems.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Workato and other integration platforms.
- Create and maintain custom integration logic, data transformations, and connectors using Python, Ruby, or similar technologies.
- Deliver integrations in line with solution designs, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and go-live activities.
- Produce clear technical documentation, including data mappings, configuration guides, and support documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practices within the team.
- Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.
- Support the transition of completed integrations to support and operational teams.

Essential
- 2+ years’ experience in an integration development role.
- Good understanding of integration concepts, APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and messaging patterns.
- Experience developing in Python, Ruby, or another relevant programming language.
- Experience with at least one integration platform such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Strong problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable
- Workato experience and/or certification.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, or Bash.
- Experience integrating with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, or HubSpot.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
