A leading global asset manager, responsible for assets under management across energy, precious metals, agriculture, FX, absolute return, multi-asset and specialist investment strategies, is looking to hire a C#.Net Integration Developer to join their Technology Delivery team. This C#.Net Integration Developer is an opportunity to work on strategic integration and software development projects that support Treasury, Finance, Risk and Product Control functions within a fast-paced trading environment.
Role Description
As a C#.Net Integration Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering modern.NET-based integration solutions, helping the business migrate critical workflows away from legacy Alteryx processes into scalable, cloud-based applications. Working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, you will play a hands-on role throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation and deployment.

The C#.Net Integration Developer will work within an Agile delivery team building bespoke applications and integrations using the Microsoft technology stack across both Azure cloud and on-premise environments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable software using modern development practices, while collaborating with business users to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Technologies
C#.Net Integration Developer role offers the opportunity to work with technologies including .NET 6+, C#, Angular, Azure services, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps. As C#.Net Integration Developer contribute to end-to-end software delivery, participate in Agile ceremonies, and help drive the modernisation of business-critical systems within a highly collaborative environment. Previous experience within financial services or energy trading would be advantageous, although strong technical capability and a willingness to work closely with the business are equally important.

- Strong C#.NET development experience
- Strong experience developing applications using C#,.NET 6+ and Web APIs
- Excellent SQL and database design experience (SQL Server, Oracle or similar)
- Experience building cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, including services such as Blob Storage, Cosmos DB and Kubernetes
- Experience with Angular (v13+) and Azure DevOps (Git, Pipelines)
- Strong understanding of Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end solutions
- Strong understanding and experience with Alteryx
- Previous experience within financial services, commodities or energy trading is highly desirable
Contract Details
- 💰 Paying £650 - £700/day (Inside IR35)
- 🗺️ Hybrid working – 3 days a week in London
- 📆 6-month rolling contract (extensions expected)
- 🚀 Start date: ASAP
