Connect to your opportunity As a MuleSoft Lead Developer/Integration Lead, you will lead the hands-on delivery and technical quality of MuleSoft integrations, working closely with the Scrum Master/Delivery Manager and Architects. You will set clear development standards and ensure consistent adoption across onshore and offshore teams.

You will:

  • Lead technical design, build, and release of Mulesoft integrations end to end
  • Run technical delivery within sprints with the Scrum Master/Delivery Manager
  • Co-define integration standards and patterns with Architects, then embed them in delivery
  • Ensure adherence through design/code reviews and coaching
  • Lead and mentor onshore/offshore developers
  • Improve stability and supportability; reduce repeat incidents

Connect to your skills and professional experience

Essential

  • Strong hands on experience delivering integrations using Mulesoft, including API led connectivity.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Technical Lead on integration platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models, closely aligned with Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience defining, documenting, and enforcing technical standards and integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, including SAP (S/4HANA or ECC), Salesforce, SuccessFactors and core business systems.
  • Hands on experience reviewing solution designs and code and providing constructive technical challenge.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently with architects, developers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear ownership mindset with a focus on delivery quality, platform stability, and reuse.

Desirable

  • Experience working with SAP Finance, SuccessFactors or Salesforce as integration sources or targets.
  • Knowledge of data lineage, data mapping, and transformation design.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management for MuleSoft.
  • Understanding of Service Management/ITIL principles and production support models.
  • Experience mentoring developers and raising capability within delivery teams.
  • Exposure to large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments.

Technology and digital services From architecture and delivery of new IT systems to IT risk and security, we manage the relationships between the business and our Technology and Digital Services teams. We also help with the delivery of day-to-day operational technology and digital support to the rest of the business.
