About the Role

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join our Commercial Digital Factory, helping to design, develop and support the APIs and enterprise integrations that connect our digital products, customer platforms and core business systems. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working collaboratively across teams and building solutions that are robust, secure and ready to support a fast-moving business.
Responsibilities
You will be part of a team delivering modern integration solutions across enterprise systems, digital platforms and third-party services. Whether you are developing APIs, supporting middleware technologies such as MuleSoft or equivalent platforms, troubleshooting integration issues or improving performance and reliability, your work will help create the digital foundations that support Aston Martin’s commercial and customer experience ambitions.

- Work closely with Solution Architects, Engineering teams, Product teams, Business teams and delivery colleagues across the Commercial Digital Factory
- Contribute to integration designs, testing, deployment, documentation, operational support and continuous improvement
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in enterprise software delivery environments and a strong understanding of agile delivery and engineering practices. You will bring a structured approach to problem solving, strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience delivering scalable, secure and maintainable solutions will be important, as will a delivery-focused mindset and attention to quality, reliability and customer outcomes.
Experience in:
- Automotive, manufacturing, retail or enterprise digital environments
- Cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, enterprise platforms or large-scale transformation programmes
Relevant certifications in:
- Agile, cloud, platform, Salesforce or testing

Location
The role is based in Gaydon and supports hybrid working arrangements, with occasional travel to company sites or partner locations as required.
