Job title: Integration Engineer (MuleSoft)

Location: London

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Contract Type: Permanent

Company

Our client is a globally recognised organisation with an international footprint and a strong reputation within the creative sector. Operating across multiple countries, they are undertaking a significant enterprise-wide technology transformation, modernising their core business systems and building a scalable, cloud-first architecture to support future growth.

Technology is becoming a strategic capability within the business, with a major focus on creating long-term internal engineering expertise rather than relying on external consultancies.

Role Description

This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the early stages of a major two-year transformation programme, where MuleSoft sits at the heart of the future integration architecture. As legacy platforms are progressively decomposed, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering API-led integrations across a modern technology estate including Salesforce, SaaS ERP, Snowflake, finance platforms, WMS and eCommerce solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
