Job Description
A leading biometric and identity solutions organization is seeking an Integration Engineer (Configurator) to join its growing team supporting biometric enrollment and identity verification platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (1-2 years of experience) looking to gain hands-on experience working with real-world hardware and software integrations.
This role focuses on supporting biometric solutions that integrate hardware devices such as fingerprint scanners, printers, and identity verification systems with cloud-hosted applications and workflows.
The ideal candidate is not a pure software developer, but someone who enjoys working at the intersection of hardware, software configuration, and system integrations. This individual will review requirements documentation, update JSON configuration files, participate in workflow configuration efforts, and support troubleshooting activities across biometric technology platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
