Integration Manager

Integrations Manager (Post-M&A)

📍 UK-based (London preferred) | Extensive UK travel | Full-time, Permanent

We are working on behalf of a fast-growing, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform scaling through a buy-and-build strategy.

The company acquires UK estate agencies and integrates them onto a proprietary tech platform, typically within two months of deal close, automating tenant management, payments, and property maintenance. Their business is backed by top-tier investors, disrupting one of the world's most antiquated industries.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of the company's growth engine. You’ll own the full post-acquisition integration cycle across multiple simultaneous projects, landing in newly acquired businesses, earning trust quickly, and driving the transition from day one through full integration.

There is a clear path to leading the wider Integrations function as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration projects for newly acquired estate agencies, managing multiple simultaneously.
  • Lead data transfer, process migration, and client onboarding to ensure smooth platform transitions.
  • Proactively resolve operational roadblocks and manage risk registers to protect acquired assets.
  • Coordinate accounting consolidations, office and lease terminations, and administrative clean-up.
  • Monitor KPIs and health metrics of acquired businesses, identifying issues early.
  • Act as primary liaison with acquired teams, maintaining morale through transitions.
  • Spend 2–3 months at a time across UK locations, typically a few days per week on-site.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

Why we hire: We care far more about what you’ve accomplished than where you’ve worked. The ideal candidate has a structured early-career background, such as top-tier consulting, Big 4, or equivalent, followed by a move into an operational or transformation role at a high-growth business. Remaining strictly in consulting or professional services is not the right fit.

Current or recent experience in:

  • Integrations or transformation roles within roll-up, consolidator, or buy-and-build businesses.
  • Operations Manager, Head of Operations, or Chief of Staff at a scaling company.
  • Launch or expansion manager at a platform business entering new markets.
  • Finance transformation at a scaleup with hands-on delivery (advisory-only roles excluded).
