Integration Manager – Full-Time, Permanent

About PTSG Ltd

PTSG Ltd is a market leader in specialist services for the construction and FM sectors, delivering safety, compliance, and maintenance solutions nationwide.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Integration Manager to lead the integration of new acquisitions into our business in a full-time, permanent role (8am–5pm, Mon–Fri). The position will require regular national travel to acquisition sites alongside hybrid working from our Castleford head office (WF10 5HW).

As the primary point of contact for incoming management teams, you will act as the visible, trusted representative of the Group. Your responsibility is to build confidence, remove barriers, and ensure the value creation plan of each acquisition delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

Value Creation & Integration Leadership

  • Execute the value creation plan by breaking it down into workstreams, milestones, and measurable outcomes—ensuring accountability for programme delivery.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Group and newly acquired businesses, fostering trust and confidence with management teams.
  • Conduct regular visits to acquired businesses to:
    • Understand management challenges and support their transition.
    • Protect existing business value and embed Group culture and processes.

Integration Framework & Infrastructure

  • Develop, document, and maintain a Group integration playbook, including templates, checklists, and governance structures.
  • Build and maintain trackers, reporting tools, data systems, and templates for a unified view of integration progress.
  • Capture lessons learned from each deal and incorporate them into the framework.
  • Establish clear, documented best practices across cross-functional activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
