Integration Manager – New Swindon Facility (Build-from-Scratch Role)
At TEKEVER – Driving Unmanned Technology Innovation in Europe
Revolutionise global safety with the European leader in AI-driven unmanned systems.
TEKEVER operates at the forefront of digital, defence, security and space innovations, combining AI, systems engineering, data science and aerospace technology across four core areas:
- Maritime surveillance (surveillance-as-a-service for real-time intelligence)
- Airborne platforms (AR3, AR3 EVO and AR5 – 10,000+ mission hours in Ukraine)
- UK leadership position (part of £400M OVERMATCH programme)
- Societal impact (protecting infrastructure, reducing complex risks, transforming global safety standards)
Our motto: "The right information, at the right time, for critical decision-making."
About the Role
As Integration Manager at TEKEVER’s Swindon site, you’ll lead the creation of a new integration/acceptance test cell from zero to serial production — raising the right information, at the right time, for critical decision-making.
This hands-on leadership role demands cross-functional expertise, team-building and hands-on experience in systems integration, test, and quality control. You’ll:
- Design the cell’s layout, equipment, processes and shop-floor routines
- Develop a mission_readiness culture and a process-driven team
- Partner with UK and Portugal manufacturing sites to industrialise AR3/AR3 EVO/AR5 production
Slotting into the **time block between Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and the customer', this function results in transparent, quality-validated configurations which result in flight-ready deliveries’ culminating in customers that rely wholeheartedly on our capability. Your decisions shape a UK legacy in drone manufacturing, via Tekever supporting the Royal Air Force in their StormShroud programme.
This is the role: You are not just integrating aircraft — you shape the technology, people, processes, and elite engineering craft that decide where the company’s revenue and reputation are.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
