Job Description: Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This remote role focuses on ensuring successful technical integrations and reliable production launches for global partners. The position combines integration management, technical troubleshooting, and operational support within a fast-moving fintech environment.
You will play a key role in configuring partner setups, validating technical requirements, and resolving complex transaction issues. Working closely with merchants and internal teams, you will help maintain platform reliability and deliver seamless experiences.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and comfortable investigating issues through logs, APIs, and monitoring tools. This opportunity offers strong ownership, exposure to international projects, and the chance to grow within a technology-driven organization.
Accountabilities:
- Manage technical onboarding, production readiness, and ongoing support activities.
- Configure and activate partner integrations in production environments.
- Manage API keys, payment method configurations, and integration settings.
- Perform technical verification of merchant setups and identify potential issues.
- Investigate transaction failures by analyzing logs, monitoring tools, and system behavior.
- Troubleshoot API-related issues involving REST APIs, JSON structures, and client-server communication.
- Use technical tools such as Postman to validate requests and support integration testing.
- Prepare clear incident reports, document technical findings, and communicate solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and guide partners through complex operational challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop remediation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, documentation, and technical processes.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in L2/L3 technical support, senior support roles, support management, or similar technical operations positions.
- Experience working in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, or related technology environments is highly valued.
- Hands-on experience analyzing logs and using monitoring tools to troubleshoot production issues.
- Strong understanding of client-server architecture, REST APIs, and JSON data structures.
- Experience using Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail when managing technical configurations and operational processes.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, documentation, and workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (B2/C1 level or higher).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ukrainian or Russian language skills are an advantage.
