Papaya Global
Papaya Global is a rapidly growing, award-winning B2B tech unicorn with an ambitious mission to revolutionize the payroll & payments industry. With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.
We’re expanding our Integrations team and looking for an Integration Solutions Specialist who will lead customers through the setup, configuration, and validation of their integrations with Papaya. This role is a blend of data analysis, workflow design, technical onboarding, and customer-facing guidance - not a software development or coding role.
About the Role
As an Integration Solutions Specialist, you will help customers connect their HRIS, payroll, expenses, T&A, and finance systems to Papaya. You’ll translate customer data structures into Papaya’s integration tools, configure mapping and transformation logic, and guide customers through a smooth onboarding experience.
You will work with systems such as BambooHR, HiBob, SAP SuccessFactors, Namely, Workday, NetSuite, Expensify, and various file-based HR and payroll data sources. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and customer experience - perfect for someone who loves solving workflow challenges without writing code and leveraging AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
