Integration Specialist
Integration Specialist (MuleSoft) – Permanent
Salary: Up to £75,000 + up to 20% bonus
Location: Hybrid – London (3 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking an Integration Specialist to join a growing organisation transforming digitally and technologically. You’ll play a vital role in shaping and delivering integration solutions across a modern technology landscape, ideal for someone who has built strong solution design expertise and is ready to take greater ownership of an enterprise integration platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the MuleSoft integration platform
- Design and deliver end-to-end integration solutions across systems and applications
- Define and enforce integration patterns and design standards
- Act as an enabler for engineering and product teams, providing integration best-practice guidance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Drive consistency, quality, and reuse across integration design and delivery
- Support ongoing improvement of integration capabilities and platform adoption

Requirements
We’re looking for an Integration Specialist who:
- Has hands-on experience in integration development and solution design
- Demonstrates proficient MuleSoft experience (essential)
- Understands end-to-end solution design and integration patterns
- Is comfortable owning and supporting a scalable integration platform
- possesses excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Has a delivery-focused, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Seeks to progress into a broader, ownership-focused role with greater impact
