Integration Technician – Robotic Systems

Chichester, UK | Full-Time | On-Site

Build the systems powering the future of autonomous aviation

If you're someone who enjoys building complex systems, solving practical engineering problems, and seeing your work operate in the real world, this is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's most exciting deep-tech companies as it scales from innovation into impact.

sees.ai is developing the operating system for autonomous drone operations, enabling advanced drones to be deployed safely beyond visual line of sight in support of critical national infrastructure. Our technology is already delivering real-world value, and we're now expanding our operational fleet and deployment capability.

We're looking for an Integration Technician to help build, integrate, test, and maintain the sophisticated unmanned systems that sit at the heart of those operations.

The Opportunity

This is not a repetitive production-line assembly role.

You'll be working on advanced unmanned aerial platforms that combine sensors, communications equipment, compute hardware, power systems, and mission-critical payloads into operational systems deployed in demanding environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
