Role Overview

We are looking for an Integrations Developer to join our European Headquarters in Maidenhead or Droitwich, working on central IT teams across the UK and EMEA (18 countries).

As an TTI Integration Developer, you will:

  • Design and implement integrations between systems, platforms, and applications.
  • Be an expert problem solver with extensive programming and multi-language abilities.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Serve as the primary internal technical support for custom, integrated business applications across Windows and Linux environments.
  • Support and develop business application integrations and queries using:
    • DATABASES: MS SQL Server, MS Integration Services, MySQL
    • DEVELOPMENT LANGUAGES: Python, Node.js, JavaScript, VBA, SQL (and more)
  • Develop and maintain integrated systems by:
    • Gathering requirements
    • Designing system interfaces
    • Creating reports
    • Updating databases
  • Administer and support the installation, implementation, and usage of business applications.
  • Analyse user-specifications and system requirements for integration and development projects.
  • Document changes intelligibly to ensure our support references remain accurate and user-friendly.
  • Optimise processes by identifying and implementing improvements in:
    • Production support
    • Source control
    • Change management
  • Active contributor in Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Research and recommend new emerging applications/technologies.
  • Develop system integrations using:
    • EiPaaS (Enterprise iPaaS)
    • ETL Integration Platforms including:* Informatica, Tibco Scribe.

Skills and Experience Required

Core Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and test code units or entire applications.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) would be a bonus but is not mandatory.
