The Role
Acting for an impressive portfolio of clients across a range of commercial sectors, you will take ownership of your own caseload, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and play an active role in business development and networking initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team offering genuine opportunities for progression.
You will advise on a broad range of complex intellectual property disputes with a particular focus on trademarks, passing off, copyright and design rights, while also gaining exposure to patent-related matters.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE specialising in intellectual property disputes. You will possess strong technical expertise, commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to client service, together with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, a genuine interest in business development, and experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues. An existing client following, or a demonstrable track record of generating new business and developing a client base, would be highly advantageous.
