Responsibilities
Noblis is seeking experienced Intelligence Analysts to support our dynamic, mission-focused client program located in Bethesda, Maryland. The program provides an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community (IC) and to contribute to processes that shape government policy. The candidate will conduct in-depth research, perform strategic and tactical analysis, and distill analysis into actionable insights that guide national decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and thorough research on topics related to one or more of the following: Threat Finance / Economic Security, Transnational Organized Crime, Counterintelligence, Counterproliferation, and Regional / Geographic Issues (i.e., China, Russia, or Southwest Asia).
- Search and compile various forms of data, synthesize and analyze information, coordinate findings with IC peers, and deliver written intelligence products that enable national-level decision-making.
- Engage with interagency partners to define needs and requirements, understand gaps, and develop analytic recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI Polygraph.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience with writing Finished INTEL products.
- Experience analyzing and communicating events of national intelligence interest.
- Experience collecting and exploiting various classified and open-source data.
- Experience collecting and analyzing intelligence reports, to include GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and others.
- Experience coordinating with interagency partners to define needs and requirements, understand gaps, and develop analytic recommendations.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple time-sensitive deliverables.
- Knowledge and practical applications of Intelligence Community Directives 203 and 206.
- Experience manipulating data (i.e., Boolean logic searches) to pull out pertinent information for intelligence products.
- Experience working in the IC and coordinating with multiple IC partners to develop and deliver reports.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full-time status. For part-time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range
USD $120,700.00 - USD $188,725.00 /Yr.
