Intelligent Automation Business Analyst & Delivery Manager
We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst & Delivery Manager with experience in process design using Visio, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for Intelligent Automation (IA). The ideal candidate should have experience evaluating business processes for automation suitability and delivering IA solutions.
Essential
- Proven experience in process design using tools like Visio, incorporating process mapping techniques, with a focus on identifying automation opportunities.
- Experience evaluating business processes for technology suitability, including IA.
- Experience writing test scenarios and creating test data.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including senior stakeholder management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and apply process optimisation methodologies to enhance solution effectiveness. Proven ability to identify potential issues and find effective ways to resolve them.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate with and motivate project teams, process SMEs, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Analytical skills: to define clear and actionable requirements for the automation solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating effective collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.
