Role Description
The Internal Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Smethwick. This role focuses on managing and growing relationships with existing and new customers, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and providing product information and guidance. The Internal Account Manager will handle order processing, follow up on deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Maintaining accurate account records
- Monitoring customer activity
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Resolving issues promptly and professionally
The role also involves supporting external sales colleagues, contributing to sales targets, and representing Eurox’s commitment to reliability, safety, and service.
Qualifications
- Strong account management, customer service, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with quoting, order management, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confident telephone and email etiquette and a professional, solutions-focused approach.
- Solid organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, accurate data entry, and experience using CRM or ERP systems.
- Competence with common office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn product and catalog systems quickly.
- Knowledge of PPE, workwear, or industrial products is highly beneficial; experience in construction, safety, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Relevant experience in internal sales, account management, or customer support; a business, sales, or related qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
