About the Role
Are you a natural organiser and problem-solver, able to juggle priorities and ensure orders are delivered on time and in full? At A-SAFE, we design and manufacture world-leading safety barriers and protection systems used globally across warehouses, factories, airports, and logistics centres.
As an Inter-company Service Co-ordinator, you’ll act as the vital link between our operations team and global sales entities, ensuring the right stock is available in the right place. This role demands adaptability, ownership, and the ability to solve challenges across international teams—gaining you exposure across the entire business. Nearly every sales order passes through your team’s hands, making your impact pivotal and far-reaching.
The role operates on fixed hours (10:00–18:30), allowing you to provide round-the-clock support across different time zones.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact between Operations and a group of global sales entities and warehouses.
- Create weekly replenishment and stock orders, maintaining optimal warehouse inventory levels.
- Facilitate daily calls with entities, contextualising pick plans, setting priorities, and addressing stock and order issues.
- Resolve urgent order issues at speed—adjust parts, split orders, and propose practical solutions.
- Own On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, lead times, and overdue orders, targeting 98% OTIF on a 15-day lead time and maximising invoicing efficiency.
- Manage the pick plan and location matrix to streamline fulfillment and accuracy.
- Oversee air freight and priority handling of urgent/escalated orders.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Commercial, Production, and Quality teams to align activities with business priorities.
- Utilise NetSuite daily and contribute to reporting improvements (e.g., OTIF reporting, Power BI dashboards) to enhance team efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
