Our Studio Operations team (including set rentals, event planning, design, and culinary services) ensures every project runs smoothly—so you can focus on creating magic. Your Role: Ambassador of Wizarding Wonder
Key Responsibilities
As an Interactor, you’ll:
- Deliver an outstanding visitor experience by engaging enthusiastically, answering questions, and guiding guests through their magical journey.
- Present as a knowledgeable ambassador—sharing fascinating insights about the Harry Potter films, sets, and special effects.
- Lead tours with scripted speeches, live demonstrations, and improvisation, including:
- Added Value and Audio Descriptive Tours.
- Interaction with live actors (e.g., Death Eaters).
- Handling water-based smoke effects, flashing lights, and loud noises.
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed visitor expectations—constantly finding ways to enrich their experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and participate in set deep-cleaning when required.
- Uphold company policies with integrity, empathy, and adaptability.

Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
Physical & Attendance Expectations
- Standing for up to 5 hours consecutively.
- Light lifting and work in all weather conditions (outdoors).
- Shift availability for weekends (Sat & Sun), bank holidays, and evening events (9pm–12:30am).
- Shift patterns: 8am–10pm (summer/peak weekends), 8am–8pm (other times), with optional early shifts (7am) if needed.
Note: Travel arrangements for early/late shifts must be self-organised.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
Key Requirements
✔ Passion for Harry Potter and filmmaking—deep knowledge or appreciation of the franchise. ✔ Customer service experience in a visitor-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality, or attractions industry). ✔ Public speaking skills—enthusiasm to engage with large groups (up to 300 people) in scripted and improvised settings. ✔ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic environments. ✔ Team(player) mindset—willingness to contribute positively to a large, fast-paced team. ✔ (Desirable: Previous experience working on-stage or in performance roles.)
