KBR is seeking an experienced Interface Manager with proven Saudi Aramco project experience to support a major Onshore Oil & Gas project.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan, procedures, and processes.
- Identify, manage, and coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines.
- Define and manage interface points between contractors, third parties, and client teams.
- Maintain interface documentation, including registers and action logs.
- Track, resolve, and escalate interface issues as required to ensure timely closure.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Lead interface meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
- Monitor interface-related deliverables and project requirements.
- Manage interface approvals and agreements to support successful project execution.

Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Interface Manager on large-scale Oil & Gas or Energy projects.
- Saudi Aramco project experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering interfaces and project delivery processes.
- Proven experience coordinating contractors, client teams, and multiple stakeholders within complex project environments.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
This role requires 4 days per week office attendance.
