Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Adults Business Change Manager to support the delivery of a significant transformation programme across Adult Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver business change initiatives across Adult Social Care services
- Support the implementation of transformation programmes, ensuring successful change adoption
- Work closely with senior leaders to redesign services and improve operational performance
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
- Use data and performance insights to inform decision-making and measure programme outcomes
- Ensure changes are delivered in line with organisational priorities and governance arrangements

About You:
- Proven experience delivering business change within Adult Social Care in Local Government
- Strong track record of supporting complex transformation programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience of service redesign, programme delivery and continuous improvement
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes
