Starfish Search is supporting a Local Authority in the North of England to appoint an Interim Adults Business Change Manager to support the delivery of a significant transformation programme across Adult Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver business change initiatives across Adult Social Care services
  • Support the implementation of transformation programmes, ensuring successful change adoption
  • Work closely with senior leaders to redesign services and improve operational performance
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement change management plans, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated
  • Use data and performance insights to inform decision-making and measure programme outcomes
  • Ensure changes are delivered in line with organisational priorities and governance arrangements

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering business change within Adult Social Care in Local Government
  • Strong track record of supporting complex transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Experience of service redesign, programme delivery and continuous improvement
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering sustainable outcomes
