π Customer-Focused Credit Control Opportunity
A growing Bristol-based business is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on an interim basis. This role focuses on B2C collections, making it ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who can confidently manage payment conversations whilst maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing outstanding customer accounts and reducing aged debt
- Contacting customers by phone, email and letter regarding overdue balances
- Negotiating payment plans and finding practical solutions
- Resolving customer account queries professionally and empathetically
- Maintaining accurate records of collection activity
- Working closely with finance and customer service teams

What We're Looking For
- β Previous Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable experience
- β Strong B2C (consumer collections) background
- β Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- β Confident handling sensitive conversations over the phone
- β Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
