6 MONTH FIXED TERM OPPORTUNITY
Are you an experienced and motivated leader looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Band 7 Manager at Home Farm, Skye for a period of six months. This is a unique opportunity to lead an important service in one of the most beautiful locations in Highland, while making a real difference to the lives of the people we support and the staff who provide their care.
Accommodation will be provided in Broadford for the successful candidate. Please note that a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements for this role. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience of leading improvement and change programmes, stabilising services through challenging periods, and supporting teams to deliver high quality, person centred care. The successful candidate will be confident in leading operational services, building positive team cultures, driving quality improvements, and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.

This Opportunity Would Suit
- Experienced Care Home Managers seeking a new challenge.
- Individuals who have previously managed a care home and would like to return to a management role on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, support service improvement, and work closely with staff, families and partners to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered.
This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, support a key service within NHS Highland, and contribute to ongoing improvement and development.
