Interim Chief People and Communications Officer

Highlands and Islands Airport Limited

Salary: £98,000 - £104,000
Working Arrangement: Flexible and hybrid working


We are looking for an interim Chief People and Communications Officer on a 6-12 month interim basis to lead strategic people and communication priorities and support the HR, L&D and Communication and Engagement functions. This is a time of significant change and we are looking for someone who can support public sector reform projects. We are keen to hear from people who can demonstrate a track record in delivering transformational change projects in a complex environment, ideally public sector.
