About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Client Analytics Lead to step into an interim, 6-month role that drives audience-first decision-making through data accessibility and strategy.
Role Highlights
- Lead Data-Driven Strategy: Develop a client insight strategy that shapes marketing decisions across bulk opportunities.
- Own Measurement & Insights: Design measurement frameworks, define KPIs, and deliver actionable analytics to improve performance.
- Influence Business Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to transform insights into real business growth, optimising marketing efficiency.
- Uncover Growth Opportunities:Study behaviours of new, repeat, and lapsed customers with a data-focused lens.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with marketing, data teams, and reports to enhance capability and achieve holistic impact.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Strong marketing analytics expertise, particularly in measurement strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems & marketing tech ecosystems.
- Advanced skills in data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders with data offerings.

- Primary hubs: Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London
- Base salary: £50,000
