Interim Commercial Counsel – Life Sciences & Data Privacy
Hybrid (3 days/week) | 12-Month Contract
We're partnering with a leading global life sciences organisation to find an Interim Commercial Counsel for maternity cover in its in-house legal team.
It's a broad, hands-on commercial role sitting at the intersection of contracts and data privacy - ideal for a lawyer who wants real ownership and variety, not a narrow remit.
You'll be:
- Advising commercial, business and research teams on day-to-day legal matters
- Leading on operational data protection and privacy compliance
- Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Helping shape legal processes and templates as part of a lean, collaborative team

- Strong commercial contracts experience (in-house and/or private practice)
