MLA is working with a PE-backed global technology business that helps leading manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and multinational organizations navigate complex regulatory, compliance, and sustainability challenges through a market-leading data and software platform.
Due to a current need within the legal team, they're looking to appoint an Interim UK Regional Counsel to support their UK and European operations.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll:
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, supplier, and sales contracts.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and the wider business on day-to-day legal matters.
- Support corporate governance, company secretarial, and regional compliance activities.
- Work closely with legal colleagues across Europe and the US in a highly collaborative environment.
- Help drive efficiencies across contracting processes, templates, and legal operations as the business continues to scale.

England & Wales qualified lawyer

Around 2-5 years' PQE
-
Strong commercial contracts experience

Prior in-house experience preferred

Exposure to SaaS, technology, information services, or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous.

Pragmatic, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
