Interim Commercial Legal Counsel (Americas Support) – Part-Time Contract - Remote

We're currently supporting a global technology business seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Legal Counsel to provide additional support to its Americas legal team on a flexible, part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and can support stakeholders across the US business.

Whilst a US-qualified lawyer is not essential, applicants should have significant experience advising on US commercial legal matters and supporting transactions within the US market.

The Opportunity

  • Part-time interim assignment (anticipated a few days per week)
  • Fully remote working
  • UK-based candidates welcome, provided there is flexibility to accommodate US working hours and/or meaningful overlap with US business hours
  • Opportunity to work with an innovative, international technology business
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
