Role Overview
I'm delighted to be working with an International Insurance firm based in London that is seeking an Interim Company Secretarial Assistant on a 3-month FTC to join the team to cover a period of sick leave. They're looking for someone to start ASAP.
Role Description
This is a broad role covering Corporate Governance, Board Governance and Statutory Compliance, working closely with the Group Company Secretary across a range of company secretarial activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting governance processes and ensuring ongoing compliance across the organisation.

Key Details
- Initial 3-month FTC
- Salary: £40,000-£50,000 (pro rata)
- Immediate start
This opportunity would suit a company secretarial professional with relevant governance experience who is available immediately. Experience with Diligent Entities and working within the Financial Services space would be highly advantageous.
