We are currently supporting a Local Authority in the East Midlands with the appointment of an experienced Interim Corporate Property & Asset Manager for an initial 6-month contract.
The role offers hybrid working arrangements, with an anticipated start date in late August or September.
This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for the strategic management of a diverse corporate property portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance, driving asset management initiatives, and leading a team of property professionals.

You'll need:
- Strong Estates, Facilities Management and/or Building Maintenance experience
- MRICS Qualified
- Local Government experience
- Proven corporate asset management background
- Experience leading teams and managing budgets over £1m
- Knowledge of property compliance, including FRA, asbestos, water hygiene, gas, electrical and DDA requirements
- Experience with JCT and PPC contracts
