Native or fluent Spanish, Dutch or German language skills would be highly desirable. Alternatively, proven experience delivering CRM campaigns into European markets will be equally valued.
We're working with an international consumer-facing organisation that is investing significantly in the transformation of its digital marketing capabilities. As part of a wider business change programme, the company is centralising its CRM function to create a best-in-class customer engagement team that will support multiple brands and markets across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, where you'll have genuine influence over how CRM evolves, work alongside experienced leadership and contribute to programmes that operate at significant scale.
The CRM Executive will play a key role in delivering and optimising customer journeys across multiple European markets, working alongside an experienced Regional CRM Lead and reporting into the Head of the CRM Hub. This is far more than a business-as-usual CRM position—it's an opportunity to help shape best-in-class CRM programmes from the ground up within a business investing heavily in customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
