Interim Curriculum Manager – Health & Social Care
Start: 17 August 2026 (initially until 30 September 2026) Contract: Daily rate to be discussed | 36 hours per week | Mon–Fri
We're looking for an **enthusiastic Curriculum Manager to lead Health & Social Care provision within a successful further education (FE) college.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading Level 2, Level 3 and T Level Health programmes
- Managing teaching staff
- Driving quality improvement
- Ensuring excellent learner outcomes
- Supporting curriculum development

The role includes approximately 12 teaching hours per week alongside curriculum leadership responsibilities.
Experience & Requirements
We’re seeking someone with:
- Proven FE curriculum management experience, specialising in Health & Social Care
- Experience in managing teaching teams and making improvements to quality assurance
- A strong understanding of Ofsted inspections, funding, and FE performance metrics
- Ability to lead staff effectively, raise learners’ achievement, and deliver outstanding outcomes
